R.Delivery is with Canada Mail and is about 5 days (Canada) and 10 days (US). Express delivery is available upon request: please email.

Q. Shipping to US: what about custom charges?
R. We produce a customer invoice with a declared value. If US duty charges apply, these charges are the buyers responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom clearing issue.

Q. How to tie the hammock?
R. Idealy, hammock should be tied to a 'J' screw inserted in a material strong enough to support the load.

IIt is also possible to tie the hammock with a rope and to do a hammock knot. (Video to be posted soon!)

Q. Are the hammock ropes really soft ?
R.These are the softest ropes you can find. Contrarly to nylon hammocks, our cotton hammocks are a real caresse.

Q. Do I need a three to tie a hammock?
R. no, as you can see on this picture,it is possible to tie a hammock to 2 poles (10 x 10in) wich are secure in concrete base (fence post style)
